Come see how the sports pros manage an experience – Tour the facility with us on 4/17!
Join fellow facility management professionals around the Richmond area for an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of Richmond’s premier sports venue—CarMax Park. This isn’t your typical networking event. It’s a rare opportunity to step beyond the spectator seats and into the operational heart of a facility that hosts thousands of fans, manages complex systems around the clock, and delivers seamless experiences night after night. You can register for this tour at the link below!

Join us after work on 4/22 to watch the Richmond Flying Squirrels play the Somerset Patriots!
IFMA RVA has rented out Dugout Suite 1 and 2 for our group to enjoy one of the first home games at Carmax Park on Wednesday 4/22! We’ll be swearing in the new Board of Directors for the 2026-2027 fiscal year, and enjoying food and drinks together. You can register for this social event at the link below!

CarMax Park features a 360-degree, wrap-around concourse with distinct experiences and vantage points located throughout, highlighted by a field-level dugout suite that will put fans in closer proximity to home plate than the opposing team. Group and social spaces will span the outfield and include a multi-tiered beer garden – emblematic of neighboring Scott’s Addition – in left field and a kids’ zone with adjacent terraced outfield lawn seating in right-center field. The venue will also offer fans several climate-controlled, indoor spaces as well as 20 luxury suites and a corner party suite showcasing views of the downtown Richmond skyline. The playing field will be sunken down so that the main concourse and entrances to the ballpark will be slightly above street level. The facility will also provide a unique destination for conferences, banquets, weddings, and many other functions in addition to Flying Squirrels home games.

If your company would like to be a sponsor for this event, please reach out to Brian Workman (bworkman@moii.com) for an opportunity to showcase your company during the event.
