Career Resources

Networking is one of the many benefits of being a Richmond Chapter of IFMA member.

The Career Resource Committee was formed for the purpose of connecting the many talented professional facilities management members and associate members who are un-employed, under-employed or seeking a career change. Our aim is to provide helpful resources, a support network and new job opportunities. We also recognize some professional members have not been in a position to renew their membership, and associate members have found themselves without memberships.

If the chapter’s initiative is to be truly meaningful and sustainable, it should be not only reactive, but proactive in stimulating career recovery and further strengthening our chapter and industry.

Our goal is to provide employment and career search advice, education and greater networking opportunities to our membership and to maximize their exposure to forthcoming jobs with local and regional employers.
