Jeff has more than 28 years of experience in the Facility and Property management field. Currently he works for Luck Stone as the Facility manager for their Corporate campus and Property manager for their Real Estate portfolio which consists of  Commercial , industrial, warehouses, shopping centers, cell phone tower sites, related user sites, and  rental houses. Before Luck Jeff  managed several multi- family housing complexes as well as a few Commercial hi-rise buildings in Virginia. He was a Property manager for Hi-End rental vacation homes in the Outer Banks of NC and also a Fire Fighter for 10 years. He has a passion around Sustainability, Property & Facility management and being a good steward of the environment.

Adam is a proud Richmond native, married for 6 years to his beautiful wife Kayla, and a father of 3 precious children: Harper, Halle, and Hunter. He enjoys spending time with his family, participating in various sports activities, and eating any type of food someone puts in front of him! Adam spent the majority of his professional career (13 years) with Chick-fil-A at the franchise level as well as the corporate level, and made a transition into consultative sales about 4 years ago.  In his current role as Distribution Sales Consultant at Allegion, Adam works with door hardware distributors as well as corporations, universities, hospitals, municipalities, and various organizations to provide expertise in the design and specification of door hardware.  Adam is thrilled to be a part of such a fantastic organization as IFMA, and is grateful for the opportunity to serve on the board.

Steve has more than 27 years of experience in transportation, utility infrastructure, higher education, new building and renovation projects. He has served as project engineer/manager in charge of more than $200 million in highway and building construction projects. Mr. Pancham has performed cost estimating, value engineering, CPM scheduling, and claim analysis services. He has experience with project planning from initial planning, design, procurement to project closeout. He has been involved with A/E and Construction Contractor delivery methods from, Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build to CM at Risk. A graduate of Benedictine High School in Richmond, Virginia and Virginia Military Institute with a BS in Civil Engineering, Mr. Pancham’s career has spanned from California to Virginia.   Mr. Pancham has an excellent understanding of bridge design and was part of the 1989 Loma Prieta earthquake inspection response team in San Francisco, California.

Allen has been happily married for 11 years to his beautiful bride, Nicole. He enjoys  challenging his 17 year old son, Tyler, in all kinds of sports. He proudly supports his 10 year old daughter, Jaden, at her cheer competitions.  If you can’t find Allen at a car show or working on his own cars, you might find him educating his community about snakes and a wide variety of other reptiles and amphibians. Allen has worked for ColonialWebb Contractors for 4 years as a Business Development Advisor. He has been a member of IFMA for three years and is excited to join the Board as the Programs Director.

Andrea has over 30 years in the facilities/project management fields. With a degree in Architecture from NYIT she started her career in New York City working for large banks and brokerage firms in the facilities departments. Moving to Richmond in 1990, she started working for the Commonwealth of Virginia in the Department of General Services as a project manager and joined the local Richmond IFMA. After that she worked at Baskervill, then back with the Commonwealth of Virginia, and then on to Strayer University where she was responsible for 14 campuses in three states. She currently is working at Magellan Health as their on site Facilities Manager in Glen Allen and is responsible for 9 locations along the east coast from Florida to Rhode Island.

Bud is a strong advocate for our IFMA Richmond Chapter. Bud is retired as a Maintenance Manager from Circuit City Stores. Before that position, he was a Senior Director of Maintenance & Utilities for Best Products. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Operations for Basco and worked for the Philadelphia Department of Recreation as Manager of Philadelphia Veterans Stadium. He has a B.S. in Physical Education, Springfield College, and an M.A. in Recreation Administration, New York University. Bud has been a dedicated Member of IFMA-Richmond Chapter since 1984. He has been on various committees and is very involved with the board. Bud is a Retired CFM, Past President (‘86, ’87). We consider him the historian of our Chapter and received IFMA Distinguished Member Award (’88).

Ranny is a retired Director of Facilities with Dominion Virginia Power. He has been on our chapter board for many years, and we are glad that he is our volunteer for our highly-detailed monthly newsletter. He is a charter member of the Richmond Chapter and is a Retired Certified Facility Manager (CFM). After retiring in 1995, he consulted on new construction work for Randolph Macon College, but is now fully retired. Ranny is currently our Newsletter Editor, a position he has held since March of 2006, and is a past Treasurer and Program Chair of this chapter.

Maureen is a Senior Professional and Corporate Sustainability Officer for Facility Engineering Associates.  At FEA the company specializes in making buildings last longer and improving ways facilities are managed.  FEA is in business to ensure that facilities are operated, maintained, and repaired in a productive and sustainable manner, to optimally perform, and help clients successfully achieve their organization’s overall mission.  Maureen is proud to be an Instructor for IFMA’s Sustainability Facility Professional program and is a co-author of the IFMA How To Guide Series publications on ENERGY STAR and Green Building Rating Systems.

Brian joined MOI in 2013 as a Sales Consultant after seven years with another local contract furniture dealership. The MOI footprint includes the mid-Atlantic region and is one of Knoll’s largest dealerships in the country. Brian’s focus is on the area’s commercial entities and healthcare sectors. Originally from Englewood, Colorado, Tim has resided in Virginia for the past 31 years. As a member of the  US Navy he met Pamela and was married in 1980. Pamela retired from UPS Management after 32 years in 2009. Tim has been blessed with two children, Garland his Yogi and his daughter, and Michael, his son who is a Network Engineer. In 1986 he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management from Old Dominion University. Tim has worked in Real Property for 41 years in many capacities. He is the Facilities Director with Hermitage Country Club and has been with Hermitage for eight years. Life is wonderful for Tim.

Barbe has been Chapter Administrator since 2007 and has 25 years experience working as Construction Administration Administrator and Facilities Management Coordinator.  Barbe currently works with Mason & Hanger in the Construction Administration Department.  She is also involved in CSI.  She is a Past President of the Richmond Chapter and currently serves as Mid-Atlantic Region Planning Chair and Conference Oversight Chair.

Barbe is an integral part of our board.  In addition to being the main contact for handling RSVPs for our monthly meetings,  greeting members and guests at the door of all events, she also works on several of the Chapter Committees.
